A growing tech agency needed a professional online presence to showcase their services, case studies, and attract new clients. Their existing site was built on a generic template — slow, difficult to update, and didn't reflect their innovative brand.
They needed a custom, content-manageable website that could grow with their business, rank well on search engines, and impress potential clients visiting for the first time.
My Approach
Information Architecture & Design
Mapped out site structure with 12 pages, designed a clean, modern UI in Figma focused on readability, trust signals, and clear CTAs. Mobile-first approach from the start.
Custom WordPress Theme
Built a bespoke WordPress theme from scratch using PHP, SCSS, and vanilla JavaScript. Custom post types for case studies and team members. Advanced Custom Fields for flexible content blocks.
Performance & SEO
Optimized images, implemented lazy loading, minified CSS/JS, set up caching, and added full SEO metadata. Google PageSpeed score improved from 45 to 92 on mobile.
Launch & Handoff
Deployed to production, configured hosting and SSL, set up Google Analytics and Search Console, and provided training for the team to manage content independently.
